![]() I contacted the Pfaff customer service and they said only the Service Center can fix this error, but the cost of having it serviced by the dealer ($120) shipping both ways ($200) and the bench fee ($170) is adding up to not be worth the price of the machine. I don't think they believe me that the error message is still there at this point. ![]() I brought it back to the dealer and they replaced a sensor (another 2 weeks) but the error message persists. ![]() I've had the machine for 2 years, taken it to the dealer where they had it for 10 weeks and didn't fix it. I cannot sew uninterrupted by this error message and I am not a zen enough person to continue to press "OK" and not curse. The error message will stop me while I'm sewing over and over and it's INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I press OK and the error message will go away, but at times it will reappear 4-5 times in row after that. Pfaff Ambition 610 error message "Please lower the presser foot!" when sewing with the presser foot already lowered.
